This cookware features a durable, PFOA-free double-layer nonstick interior that is ideal for making caramel, fondue, and other sticky sauces, and provides easy food release and effortless cleanup. It also features stay cool handles that are contoured, cast stainless steel with silicone for added comfort and heat resistance when you're cooking on the stovetop. Sauces pour easily from the pans and cleanup is simple. Hand-wash only. NEVER place cookware in an automatic dishwasher or use abrasive cleaning pads or cleansers that can damage the pan. Clean the interior nonstick surface and hard-anodized exterior with a liquid dishwashing detergent and a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush. For stubborn spots ON THE EXTERIOR ONLY, use Bar Keeper’s Friend Cleanser and a non-abrasive sponge.
